This article explains the growth journey of SPM IAS Academy from producing highest success rate in APSC to UPSC results. Trait 1: They Refused to Prepare Alone

The most common story of a UPSC failure sounds like this: “I studied for 14 hours a day. I read everything. I practised. I still could not clear.”

The most common story among the 61 rankers we studied sounds different: “I found someone who could see my blind spots.”

Every single one of these 61 students — whether they attended an offline One-on-One session in November, a panel mock in December, or an online class from home — made one foundational decision: they did not try to do this alone.

UPSC is not an examination where raw effort beats direction. However, it is an examination where a wrong strategy, held for two years, produces a wrong result. The rankers understood this. In addition, they sought correction actively, not just content.
