As a result, it is also known as \u2018<strong>Accord Refinery\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Government of India <strong>dedicated the 3 MMTPA refinery to the nation<\/strong> on <strong>9 July 1999<\/strong>, with former Prime Minister <strong>Atal Bihari Vajpayee<\/strong> leading the ceremony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since the start of commercial production in <strong>October 2000<\/strong>, NRL <strong>has consistently demonstrated strong operational performance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moreover, NRL is implementing a major <strong>Integrated Refinery Expansion Project (IREP)<\/strong> that will increase its refining capacity from <strong>3 MMTPA to 9 MMTPA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company <strong>is investing more than \u20b928,000 crore<\/strong> in this expansion.
