1. Online Application Proces : Applicants must apply through APSC’s recruitment website ,https://apscrecruitment.in/#/auth/landing . Kindly note that no other mode of application is accepted. If you are a first-time user, you need to register yourself by clicking “Registration here” and complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process by providing basic details.
2. One Time Registration (OTR)
After registration, you must log in and enter personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience. They must also upload a recent photograph (50-200 KB) and signature (50-200 KB). Once the OTR details are submitted, they can proceed to fill out the application form.
3. Document Upload and Verification
You must ensure that all required fields in the application are filled accurately, as editing after final submission is not allowed. Required documents such as educational certificates, age proof, and caste certificates must be uploaded in PDF format (max 2 MB). These documents will be verified during the viva voce interview. A preview option is available before final submission for corrections.
4. Payment of Application Fee
The application fee must be paid online and is non-refundable. If the payment fails, applicants can validate the transaction. In case of double debits, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission of the application.
5. Important Guidelines
Candidates should submit only one application per post. If multiple applications are submitted, the one with the higher application number must be complete. A printout of the final submitted application must be retained for future reference. Applicants without internet banking or debit cards can visit Common Service Centers (CSCs) for form submission and fee payment.
